Coverage
- 12 additional months of limited warranty coverage
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Pump assembly and DMZ-supplied system components
- Plumbing, valves, fittings, frame and mounting hardware
- Repair or replacement of approved defective components
- Warranty service subject to inspection and authorization by DMZ Pumps
Not Covered
- Normal wear and consumable components
- Misuse, neglect, accidents or improper operation
- Improper storage or maintenance
- Freeze, fire, weather or environmental damage
- Running the pump dry or improper priming
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Shipping or transportation damage
- Cosmetic wear, corrosion or deterioration
Honda GX200 Engine
- Honda-manufactured components remain subject to applicable Honda manufacturer warranty terms
- This extended warranty does not modify or extend Honda’s separate warranty unless expressly stated
Claims
- Proof of purchase required
- Photos, video or troubleshooting information may be requested
- Repairs and returns require prior DMZ Pumps authorization
- DMZ Pumps reserves the right to repair or replace qualifying components
Term
- Coverage begins when the original DMZ Pumps limited warranty expires
- Coverage applies to the originally purchased pump system
